Recent international experience
Our examples of multi-jurisdictional work include:
- advising FOSROC on its conditional sale to Saint-Gobain for approximately $1.25 billion (completion expected early 2025). FOSROC is a global construction chemicals player with a strong geographic footprint in India, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific in particular.
- advising PI Industries Limited, a Fortune India 500 listed Agri-Sciences Company, on its offer to acquire Plant Health Care PLC - through takeover by way of scheme arrangement.
- advising Five Arrows, the alternative investment arm of Rothschild & Co and Texthelp, the global leader in literacy and assistive technology, on the merger of Texthelp with Ohio-headquartered n2y, a trailblazer in special education curriculum resources.
- advising Norland Capital and the management team of Finova, a leading provider of mortgage and savings origination and servicing software in the UK, on a majority investment by Massachusetts-based Bain Capital Tech Opportunities.
- advising Harwood Private Equity on the sale of UK pet food brand Assisi Pet Care Limited, to Chicago
